Policies and Fees
Registration:
Fall registration will consist of a "Current Member" and "Open" registration period. Mail in registration will be accepted provided that an indication of the class and the time preference is included with payment attached. All classes will be filled on a FIRST PAID basis. If an evaluation for proper placement is needed, please contact the office. Registration for classes will be allowed throughout a session at a pro-rated amount, space availability permitting.
Important dates for the 2010-11 Season:
- August 9th - Classes Begin
- July 26th - Member Registration Begins
- August 2nd-6th - Open Registration
Membership Fees:
There will be an annual membership fee of $30.00 PER CHILD, every August in addition to session tuition. A prorated amount of $16.00 will be offered after January 1st.
Class Fees:
Class fees are based on a 10 week session for all classes. All tuition fees must be paid by the second class of the session or a late fee will be added to hold a space in a class.
Once a week Attendance
Twice a week attendance
1 hr. classes - $150.00
1 1/2 hr. classes - $225.001 hr. classes - $240.00
1 1/2 hr. classes - $360.00
Make-up Classes:
Each student is allowed to make up a missed class within the session that the class was missed. Make-up classes will be held the 4th Friday of each month at the following times:
Students will be required to sign up.
Calendar:
A calendar will be posted in the lobby and also given out during registration. Classes will be held on all days except where noted.
